Our Story
Climb Daily was born out of our founder, Mark Stewart’s passion for rock climbing. After years of working in the corporate world, Mark decided to pursue his passion and started rock climbing. While he was looking for detailed information on rock climbing, he realized that there was no comprehensive online resource available. This inspired him to create Climb Daily. This place has now become a go-to destination for climbers seeking comprehensive tutorials, trip guides, and gear reviews.
Who We Are
Mark Stewart is the founder & CEO of CLIMBDAILY, and he oversees day-to-day operations. Olivia Wade is Mark’s partner in life and all things Climb Daily. She helps with content creation, photography, and day-to-day operations. Together, Mark and Olivia are passionate about sharing their love of rock climbing with others and helping the climbing community grow.
Mark Stewart
Mark Stewart is the founder and CEO of Climb Daily. He grew up in Denver in an outdoorsy family and earned a marketing degree from the University of Denver. Mark spent several years honing his skills in various corporate positions, but he didn’t find much passion or purpose there. With no luck in the corporate sector, he then decided to quit his job and embarked on a life-changing adventure: rock climbing. Mark is now an experienced rock climber and helps newbie climbers every day just like you. He is also an accomplished surfer and enjoys playing rec sports of all kinds. Mark’s love for adventure and the outdoors is what inspired him to create Climb Daily. This website now aims to help climbers of all levels enhance their skills and explore new destinations. Mark oversees day-to-day operations and he makes sure you get the right information every time you visit Climb Daily.
Olivia Wade
Olivia Wade is Mark’s partner in life and all things Climb Daily. She grew up in beautiful British Columbia and spent ten years teaching in Vancouver. Olivia is an avid photographer and content creator and uses her skills to help Climb Daily provide engaging and informative content. Olivia’s passion for the outdoors and sustainable living is reflected in the website’s vision. Olivia is also a proud mother to her son, Williams Stewart, and a dog, Max. She enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new climbing destinations, and capturing stunning photos of the natural world. Olivia is committed to helping the climbing community grow and connecting climbers with the resources they need to enjoy this incredible sport safely and responsibly.
